When premium raw materials encounter man’s dedication and passion the finest extra-virgin olive oil is born. Terre di Mutari extra-virgin olive oil is obtained from the first cold pressing of the Ottobratica olives cultivar, grown in the heart of Calabria, in a centuries old olive grove extending over three-hundred hectares, recalling farming traditions given new life by the latest agronomic techniques. The oil is extracted within few hours from the harvest in the estate’s organic mill. The growing of the olive groves, the harvesting, the processing and the bottling meet extremely highstandards and are all subject to very strict inspections and controls. The organic farming method (assigned code ASS 0412) has been approved since 1996. Once finished, the product is bottled in dark glass or in cans, in order to protect it from light and other external agents that could alter its genuine quality.
